They have these awesome locks that you can get added to your receptacle, why they are $10 apiece, I do not understand as I feel this should be a standard for Flagstaff due to how windy we are. The reason this is not a five star review is because on breezy or windy days, some items don't make it into the truck at pick up, and the driver doesn't go out and grab it like our previous provider did. Our neighbors across the street say the same thing! Our previous provider always gave dog treats to our dogs, and when I contacted Carrie to switch service, she said they did the same but we've never seen it and now it's to the point where the dogs don't even care when they see the JT truck pulling up. When they see our old providers truck, they come running, and they still have the same driver and he always stops at our house to give treats to our pups!
