Best stopping place for gas in a 30 mile drive. Consistently, the price here is lower than other…read moregas stations. Even when they are busy, it is not a long wait for a pump. They have the standard 3 grades, diesel, non-ethanol gas, and an area for diesel and DEF fluid for semi-trucks to fuel up. It's conveniently located off of 421 so you can easily get off the highway, get what you need, and get back on the road. As a Shell station operated by Quality Oil, you can use both rewards systems. I have not had an issue with the Shell pay at the pump system at this location. There's some grassy area if you need to walk a dog. You might even see a truck hauling a load of pigs, which always is a delight for my littles.

The staff was friendly, smiling, and had good attitudes, though you could tell they were a little frustrated--probably with management. I overheard them in the cooler talking about not being able to run things the way they wanted, which makes me think there are some operational issues behind the scenes. The bathroom wasn't great--definitely could use some more attention. There was graffiti scratched into the mirror, and it wasn't the cleanest, but it wasn't outright disgusting either. If I were ranking it against other Sheetz locations, I'd give it a 3 or 4 out of 10. It didn't stand out in any way, but it wasn't bad enough to avoid. If I needed gas or a quick stop, I'd come back, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. One thing I would say, that was better than most gas stations in general is the customer here were super friendly.

We ordered mayo and honey mustard, lettuce and tomato. It was a great sandwich - better than Subway and at half the price. For sides, we order a cupbof fries and a cup of onion petals. Both were well done, just the way we like it! Staff was generally friendly. And offered to help with the touch screen ordering system. The downfall came when we decided to eat in and use their dining area. We walked into an office, new employee training session! Almost every table was taken. One by a manager with a laptop. Another by two prospective filling out paperwork on tablets. Another by someone else in a Sheetz shirt with a laptop, and two others by new employees being trained, and a trainer roaming the room lecturing! No one said a word to us - just continued their tasks. Surely there is an office somewhere. There was another couple trying to squeeze in and enjoy their lunch. Just not a good situation. Sheetz, if your going to offer an eat in space, keep it clean, and make your managers use an office. What a shame - for a gas station, the food at Sheetz is pretty good.

This customer followed me in right after I realized what was going on and was making facial gestures and commented to me "you're good" as I received my money back and left the gas establishment. Like this was a planned event. Makes you think what is going on here. Therefore, DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION as this is NOT professional and............. villainous. A perfect 0 with a 1 star for the gas and to put this review on the internet. 0
