I do not remember Sheetz when I traveled from Tx. to D.C 3 years ago. During the drive, I had been secretly strategizing how I could visit one of their locations without my passengers raising an eyebrow. I also was hoping they accepted Fuelman my company branded fuel card. I never get fuel while I have passengers aboard but I wanted to check out the establishment...so I could YELP them. On the way back down South, I took the opportunity and was pleased I did! While fueling, my passengers visited the restroom which was clean and smelled fresh...no toilet bowl residue. I believe their was 3 or 4 stalls which pleased my passengers even more. While my pump was going, I went inside and the staff was so friendly and happy to see a tour bus. While I was looking around, I asked one of the cashiers if they comped a bus drivers meal or offered a fountain beverage.The first cashier just smiled and kinda looked confused. I smiled back and said never mind it's ok. After I pumped $500 in fuel I ordered a chocolate chip shake which was one of their featured items. As I was waiting, I asked for my fuel receipt. A lady in a grey polo (different color from the others) retrieved my receipt and asked if I was the driver of the Tour Bus. Yes, I said I brought 42 passengers to visit too and we're first timers (going in for the kill) Ms. Grey shirt said, I'm having your order prepared now, is there anything else you would like? I said your comping my meal/drink? She said yes, is there anything else you would like? I told her no ma'am and thanks for appreciating our/my business and taking care of the driver. I ordered 4 hotdogs and 2 of them they didn't put chili on and I took it back inside and they charged me $1.30 for some chilI that they forgot to put on my hotdogs and then I call to make a compliant to thee manager she said do you have your receipt but I had the receipt on the hotdogs when I took it in and said mustar, chilI, ketchup on it if you are going to run a business than you have to make the customers happy if they aren't happy or satisfied than you lose business and they need to do something about this one on liberty Dr in Thomasville they suck even the manager is mean this is not right how they run a business will not be going to this one anymore for our business read more

I always try to stop at this location, for gasoline of course. If I need a drink, snack, or a sandwich, I can always order it freshly made. The restrooms are typically acceptable whenever I visit. I enjoy visit these gasoline/stores and have a Sheetz card to prove it! read more

Listening to the woman in the next toilet stall have an animated conversation on speaker phone made this stop even better. Seems "bubba was trying for the rastling team." Is that the same as wrestling, I wonder? The store was great, really large and clean with everything imaginable to eat; hot food, ice cream, chips, fresh fruit, and loads more. Plenty of seating. Very disappointed in the service tonight. Put a order in online at 6pm go to the store at 6:30 the Kitchen manager behind the bar told me that it was going to be another 50 mins before it was ready. And said she could not do anything about it for me to just go wait in line. Never been talked to like this and will not be back To this one. Another Sheetz! Excellent service, great food, always fast. This is a new location I believe, and they have all of the perks. Couches in the seating area, a drive thru, full soda bar (including mixers), and automated frozen yogurt and milkshake machines (very convenient). The gas is also 30¢ cheaper than the other stations in the area right now. My only complaint is that my cappuccino was made with the wrong flavor and took a while to be prepared even though there was no line...but it was still drinkable. Usally I would give This Sheetz 5 stars but whoever made our subs tonight did not do a good job. Everything was slapped on top of the sub and I asked for lite mustard and it was soaked in it.. I belive no matter what you do for a living you should take pride in it and always give your all. Next time ill make sure to sebd it back but im willing to give them another try because they always have rasberry tea my favorite. read more
