No effort was made to inspect the issue, scrub the area, or offer any actual solution. What stood out most was the attitude. From the moment I arrived, it felt like my presence was an inconvenience, and asking about the quality of a service I paid for was somehow unreasonable. If the wash was never capable of removing the spots, that should have been communicated honestly before taking payment. Running the car through the exact same wash again without addressing the problem was obviously not going to produce a different result -- and it didn't.

My Jeep was brought in for an overheating issue, and they charged me $1700 for new hoses, a thermostat, and a housing unit. However, the problem was not fixed, as my car broke down with the same issue immediately after leaving their shop. To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me for the tow back to their shop, despite their work failing to resolve the original problem. When I decided not to proceed with further repairs from them due to their incompetence, they then tried to charge me an outrageous $26,000 storage fee. Ultimately, I took my Jeep to another mechanic who correctly diagnosed and fixed the overheating issue for approximately $200. Pad Automotive Diesel not only failed to fix my car but also attempted to overcharge me for unnecessary parts, a non-existent fix, a second tow, and an exorbitant storage fee.
