Not only did she help me with this, she also helped me tune my violin and, noticing the bridge was crooked, put it back in place. When I offered to pay, she said it was for free. I went inside alone and seen that it was truly empty so I begged my child to come in. He did! He needed a new flute and Moises was so good dealing with my son's special needs. He was so patient and invited us into a private sound proof room to try out the different flutes. He was so patient and not only let but encouraged my son to try every single flute & piccolo! We ended up not only leaving with a flute, but also a piccolo AND A NEW FRIEND IN MOISES. Moises I still to this day feel so blessed about that encounter and we will never forget that experience.
