Our new home was a tough find in the neighborhood we wanted. It has no steps at the front door or inside, a health requirement for my wife. Throughout the "hunt" Amy was usually ahead of the game on new listings and even got us in early several times. We had several near misses of offers on other homes and lots of dead-end listings.
