She suggested strategies and sales prices but when acceptable offers failed to come in, she never urged me to lower my price or to hold firm either. She kept me constantly informed of showings, buyer reactions, informal offers, and thereby let me discover the correct price I would need to accept if I expected a sale. Getting exposure of city row houses is difficult in a crowded market. But besides MLS, she placed advertisements and promoted my properties through investor mailing lists.
