Dear Prospective Homeowners:…read more We are so pleased to be able to write this recommendation regarding our real estate agent, Shari Gaister. Shari is excellent at what she does !! She is very professional yet highly personable , thorough, reliable, and has such a good eye for picking out beautiful homes specific to you and your families needs. She had an initial meeting with us in her office and assured that our specific needs as well as things that were negotiable for us in a single family home were written down and laid out as well as our budgetary limitations. She walked us through all of the paperwork and provided so many professional resources for many things during our first home buying process which really helped make the process easy and smooth without any stress. Shari was very approachable during all phases of the home search/home buying experience and so easy to get in touch with via phone and email anytime we had requests or questions. She is highly talented , patient, hard working, and made this experience so enjoyable for our family. She showed us multiple homes each week (with our 1 year old- she was so patient and wonderful regarding our times to meet up around our babies schedule which was so helpful!!) , none of which were a waste of time as she made sure that they met our criteria and were within our price range. She was diligent with our requests and writing up offers. Shari did an amazing job with our contract negotiations and making the best deal for us!! We are so happy with the purchase of our first home thanks to her! I would definitely use her on the selling/purchasing of our home in the future and would highly recommend her to others.

She always took her time with me even when I was not sure about all the features I was looking for in my new home. Stacie was always available and made feel like I was part of the team and just not a person looking for a house. She kept me informed through the whole process, even with my lender. She is amazing and I will always recommend her to anyone who is going through the home buying process. Stacie always made sure that when questions came up that I understood what was said and how to solve little hiccups that came to me through the process. I know I had Stacie looking at 20 or more houses over a course of a year more. She never said oh I can't do anymore house hunting to me. SHE CONTINUED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE HOUSE FIT MY STANDARDS! I felt for once that I was taken seriously through this important process. I came to her from recommendation from someone I was telling about the horrible experience from 3 other companies that was trying to rip me off. So what a welcome relief when I inquired about a property to have Josh contact us within literally five minutes and offer to show us the property at our earliest convenience. Needless to say he was a full service realtor. He not only took my ENDLESS suggestions and scheduled us to see over 25 properties but he was tireless in suggesting other properties that we might be interested in after patiently listening to what we actually wanted. Once we found our dream house the service didn't stop. He was there with us through the home inspection and not only highly responsive to emails but any question you had he would find the answer and get back to you within 24 hours. When it came to our closing he was there as well and made sure that everything went smoothly. I can't recommend Josh highly enough. We have spent the past seven years living in Baltimore City and were ready to find a single-family…read morehome in a great neighborhood. After several years closely researching suburbs surrounding Baltimore we settled on our desired location in Lutherville-Timonium. Takashi is an excellent buyer's agent and operated with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail through the entire home-buying process. His ability to share knowledge was incredibly valuable across all elements of the transaction. He started by carefully tailoring the search to our criteria and showed us many homes that had potential to be "the one". This process quickly helped us eliminate properties that weren't the right fit --- the right mix of style, yard, and local community. Takashi worked closely with us to ensure we submitted a competitive offer, went through all pre-closing due diligence, and helped us arrive at settlement confident that no stone was left unturned. We were able to achieve many meaningful concessions that made the difference moving forward with our home purchase. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Takashi to friends and family - he is a huge asset to our community and all clients he serves.

He really wanted the best for us; he listened to us, understood our needs and wishes, and searched exhaustively through listings in Baltimore City and County. As a result we only needed to look around for a couple of weeks. He has been very helpful even after we moved into the new house, occasionally checking in on us by emails, and giving us advice on how to fix minor problems in the house, etc. What I appreciated the most about Takashi is that he is a truly honest person, and we could trust him 100%. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case with realtors because there are realtors whose priority is to get buying/selling deals asap and make money, or selectively cater to people who buy/sell expensive houses that yield high closing costs. UPDATE IN JUNE 2016: We loved the house that Takashi helped us buy in 2014, but we ended up relocating to Seattle for work in 2016. We asked him to help sell the house, and we are so glad that we used Takashi's service again. He is very knowledgeable and supportive, and has been helpful in walking us through each step, explaining how things work, what's at stake with option A vs. option B, etc etc. In other words, he really helped us make our decisions, instead of making decisions for us. This made us feel very confident in what we were doing. He is also very dedicated and spends a lot of time with his clients; he did a lot of open house for us, which helped us find a buyer in a very short period of time. I'd recommend him to anyone, and especially for first time buyers/sellers who may not be familiar with the entire process.
