For a year and a half worked on looking for a property that would fit my needs for my future plans. You would think that after this amount of time they would be aware about everything I was looking for. I gave a detailed explanation about what my plans were for this location. Jose Guzman had apparently found the "perfect" land and location for me by pairing up with John Boring from Century 21 in Pasadena, MD and introducing me to the location I now own. John Boring and Jose Gusman discussed what I was looking for in a location. John even proposed to be paired up with an engineer who proposed a $70,000 plan to work on the location to turn it into my dream location. Meaning that an engineer had to supposedly be aware of what type of property I was going to purchase. On January 31st I bought the location with my life savings. At this point I asked for the engineers contact information and had to continuously asked for it with no contact information in sight for a while. After requesting the information repeatedly I was given a number. If I call this number I can only get in touch with a secretary who works at Boyd & Dowgiallo and who never knows when the engineer will be in. I had to find my own resources and as it turns out more than HALF the land is wetland and I cannot build on it, currently I can't even cut the grass without an approval. At this point I am fuming at the fact that I was not disclosed any information on environmental issues. This has been a complete nightmare to say the least. The amount of money I invested into this land is nowhere near it's worth after finding out I can't even work on more than half of it. Do not seek help from these companies/ men you will only receive misrepresentation and misinformation, which in turn will lead you down a path of a bad investment.
