Although I can't say I haven't spent a pretty penny here, the quality of care is all you could ask for in a place. Thank you to all of the wonderful workers here for caring as much about my kitties as I do.

The professionalism and compassion that I witnessed during our visit was also clear. The gentleness and kindness with which they treated my cat helped him to trust them, putting us both at ease. The staff here appear to be well educated, highly trained practitioners. The facility is designed to provide a safe, private, individualized process, with secure waiting rooms. Here my cat was free to exit the carrier in which he was brought, in order to meet with the doctor to be evaluated before treatment. When they took my cat into the treatment area, I was able to observe what was happening through a window in the patrician door. I was impressed with not just the orderliness and cleanliness of the facility, but the efficiency and seriousness of how the staff performed their duties. Since our recent visit my cat is back to his vibrant old self and honestly, the modest amount that I had to pay was nothing compared to the value of my cats' welfare.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET! Only focus on diet for car and exam room are NOT cat friendly…read more These vets are incompetent and the only thing this vet focuses on is diet. I know diet is important, but any medical care, for animals or humans, should take a holistic approach. Diet is part of the care. But there was no conversation about exercise, keeping kitties mental engaged, or other aspects of care. I know cats are obligate carnivores and ideally should eat as such. And I went to this vet to try and figure out some affordable options for changing their diets. I said this upfront. And instead of talking with me about options and trying to figure out a plan that worked for my budget, they continued on their pitch as to why cats should eat all protein diets. It felt like a cult. They shamed me for what I feed my cat and if you rad the other reviews this seems to be common practice. Shame does not get people to change. My girl cat is 12 old and I think is starting to have some arthritis. I wanted to learn more about any supplements or exercise to avoid. What options do we have? And the vet went back to food is the only way to fix this. They did not address my concerns or share options. Then they started talking about vaccines and it bordered on vaccine hesitance. They tired to discourage me from updating their rabies and other vaccines. What the actual....They said that vaccines can have negative impacts. Yes, we know this from the science, but also if my cats get rabies they are dead. I have PhD in scientific research. While I am not a vet, I have high science literacy. I said I needed to see the research around why cats shouldn't get booster for rabies and other disease. They couldn't cite any peer reviewed papers or the peer reviewed journals this one paper was published in. I said this was the first I was hearing of this, and they tired to suggest that most vets are not as educated as they are. Wow. That is some woo-woo, anti-science bullshit. Additionally, the exam rooms are NOT cat friendly. So while they were giving their hour long pitch around how food is the only way to solve health issues, which I said multiple times I don't need the pitch I need help figuring out a plan, my poor kitties were having a melt down. The room was noisy and cold. There is a huge window and a glass-door in the exam rooms facing a hallway so any time someone walked by my cats got more scared. The hallway outside of the exam room was very loud, so any time someone talked in the hallway my cats also had a negative reaction. My girl kitty is very curious and outgoing and once she has time to get adjusted, does well in an quite exam room. She was shaking. I have never seen her so sacred in my life. This was the worst vet experience I have ever had and nearly the worst visit to a so-called medical expert. Stay away!

I had her seeing my cats for a year, I changed my days to fit her schedule, then she decided to join another practice and when confronted about us not being able to continue to constantly changing the day she just up and cancelled all our very sick animals appointments. She acts like she knows everything, and because she's considered the only holistic vet in Boulder has a long waitlist which she always uses as leverage. Her heart is not invested in treating the animals, she rushes the acupuncture, barely does chiropractic adjustments and charges way too much as she continuously minimizes the appointment time, She left 3 very ill pets hanging as she joined Lap of Love. I told her I would use Lap of Love when it came time to put my babies down and she still just left me hanging. She is out of integrity and takes advantage of people's money for the care that she delivers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, thank god I was already looking for someone else and found an amazing practitioner that has outshined her by miles!
