I'm so happy to have stopped by to this amazing gem! Im surprised I never paid attention to this place, considering it's so nearby, and being that I'm a huge fanatic for Indian food! Without further a due: food! I got the Buttered Chicken (8.99) Garlic Naan, Yellow Lentil Curry (3.99), and Paranthana (1.99 each) hopefully I spelled that correctly). Wow! Amazing food, great flavor with compliments to its spice! I recommend getting the buttered chicken if it's your first time testing the waters with Indian food, and don't forget the Garlic Naan (or regular Naan). The owner is lovely and so is his wife! I also strongly recommend to order everything 25 min in advance, wether for dine in or to go, since it took about that amount of time to get my food. The food here is very tasty. Always fresh and served in right quantities. It's really a reflection of good home made food. Nasir Bhai is an excellent host at the shop. Please ask for his papri to go. First time here was really craving chicken biryani and since I was on this side of town. The person who took was order was real nice and wore a mask they make everything fresh to order and it was real good spicy like I like and even the rice was good and had flavor which a lot of times the rice is just bland I will be going here again real soon. read more

Ordered delivery on their website and almost got scammed. Not sure if it was directly them, but they didn't seem to care when we told them what happened. Secure your website. When we finally got our food and it was all spilled inside the bag, annnnnd to top it off the food made me sick. The 2 stars is cause it was alright in flavor but not worth the nausea or diarrhea. WOW!!!! This food is amazing!! Full of flavor in every bite!! Definitely would recommend to anyone! I am a picky eater but was blown away by their "Signature Sandwich" It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the Chicken Biryani , the chicken was seasoned to perfection and I was impressed by the portion size. Service was also great. The owner was pleasant and helpful explaining the menu. A great addition to the Indo- Pak Halaal cuisine of Katy. They are consistently good and have every diverse menu. Their chicken wings are so well grilled and juicy that once you start eating you can not stop nor would you want to share with anyone. Their biryani is a little dry and has too much of artificial essences which they should work on reducing. Overall a good variety of food. And yes their goat pulao is awesome too read more

Truly the food here is amazing. We visited for Karahi Night (highly recommend) and everything was delicious! The Karahi was hot and fresh along with the sides such as naan or rice which was always fresh and never empty. The service is incredible as well with attentive staff and beautiful business owners. I always get the samosas, however the chutney is too spicy - it's not even enjoyable. I'll just put forth the extra effort and make my own.

I recently got a to go order of thier butter chicken with a side of garlic naan and their potato samosas with green chutney. First off their butter chicken was amazing the chicken was super tender and the curry was super flavorful with a hint of sweetness but a punch of the spices. The combination of naan and the sauce in the butter chicken would be enough. The four star was only because the samosas wasnt that great the outer layer was crunchy but the inside was a little hard to chew into usually it should be crunchy and then a soft flavorful filling. But next I'm going to try more main dishes only because the butter chicken was so great. read more

I ordered the platter so I could taste a bit of everything. The chicken was over tenderize as it became mushy when you bit into it. The beef kafta was dry and lacked seasoning. The rice was fine, nothing to write home.about. The overall price is in line with the quantity and not the quality. One of my favorite dishes is Qeema, I will bypass other Indo-Pak restaurants to go directly to Larosh Grill. The food is amazing and not every Indo-Pak restaurant can prepare Chicken Biryani. I was iffy about ordering from here after seeing some bad reviews but I'm a foodie and was really craving Indian food so i ordered on uber eats.. when I tell y'all eating these samosas were orgasmic! so spicy and so delicious. Best local Indian food I've had. The butter chicken + basmati rice , naan and gulab jamun was *chef kiss*, I almost called the restaurant to let them know how good it was. I'm stuck in quarantine with covid on my 2nd day (the roughest) so my mom picked up and dropped of my food for me. This food has been the highlight of my quarantine. 10/10 read more

If you love butter chicken, this is the best place to get it!!!!!!my favorite dish from this place. The boiled basmati may sound plain in the menu but it has a delicious flavor and the texture is perfect with the butter chicken. The workers greeted my boyfriend and I with a smile and were very polite, the food took a bit to come out but it was worth the wait, you could tell the food is made fresh which I loved. I ordered from Larosh via Uber Eats. Food prep and delivery were quick.... about 30 min total! I ordered the buttered chicken, garlic naan and samosa. It totaled about $15 and it was all delicious! The food was a bit spicy but no complaints. I assumed rice came with the buttered chicken but it didn't. Luckily, I had some leftover rice at home. They should clarify on Uber eats app. I split the food ordered between 3 people. They have large portions... granted we weren't starving. I would go back! read more

Definitely satisfied my craving. I got the Chix Tikka Masala, plain basmati rice, Samosa and garlic naan bread. All very tasty. And plenty of it. The Masala is a bit spicy, but its pretty good. Lotsa flavor. I dunk the naan in the sauce and its even better. The samosas are pretty good and also spicy. The service was no problem and they were very kind. I got the Butter Chicken with plain rice and an order of the cheese naan. Get the cheese naan!!! Sooo good omg. Loved dipping it in the butter sauce. I've only had butter chicken once before and I think I liked it more than here at Larosh because it was sweeter, and the chicken a bit more tender. I guess I prefer more coconut milk or whatever sweetens this sauce. The rice was good, nothing to rave about but good. I will be back to try another dish... and get more cheese naan read more

Service (1/5) My family & I were ignored when we entered. We had to keep going to the front & ringing the bell to get their attention. Still no luck so we decided to seat ourselves. 3 waiters were taking care of a big party for 20-25 min & we had not even gotten the menus. None of us even made eye contact with us. My little sister had to go back to the front to get their attention again & the woman said she didn't see us there. Lol. We are your customers in your restaurant for the past 25 min and you didn't even notice us? The waiter finally came & when we were giving our order, he said he had to leave & he'll come back. It was abrupt & just seemed weird especially since we had a long wait. Eventually we were able to order. Food (1/5) We ordered the nihari, beef boti & chicken biryani. The nihari was average at best, the beef boti was so bad.. you'd have to bite sooooo hard to chew it. It was super hard & tasted bland. The chicken biryani sucked but because it was a generous portion for $6.99 it was okay. Overall a whatever experience. Will probably never come again. read more

Don't be swayed by those 4 stars. The bad reviews are a combination of mediocre Indian food combined with rude customer service. I hope you all hard working moms and dads out there spend your hard earned money to a business elsewhere that is worthy of it. Wanted to check out the hype for this place, and it lived up to it - this is the best desi food I've had in a long time. I had the nihari, malai chicken boti, and garlic naan. Everything was perfect and very authentic tasting. The chicken boti is even better than Bundu Khan's which was my old favorite for grilled desi food. I also tried their brunch food. The halwa is to die for, my sweet tooth couldn't get enough. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the dishes here. Service is amazing and friendly and the food comes out fresh. read more
