As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. If you have an issue that requires a Rheumatologist I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Casey and his staff are professional, warm and genuinely interested in us as patients and people. Getting an appointment is usually easy but, unless an emergency or serious illness is involved, it may be in a week or two. The office location offers plentiful parking and is easy to reach. The waiting room is fairly comfortable. While all the above are important, the most important consideration is the quality of the care. It is now and always has been exceptional. Dr Casey is very knowledgeable but he does something unusual for physicians, he listens. He doesn't dismiss or ignore he discusses. That's what makes him exceptional. I am not sure if he still accepts new patients but if you are looking for a physician you can trust, Dr. Casey is the one you want.
