Had a chance to visit this place last weekend and this has exceeded all the expectation I had for a typical fall festival farm. $15 per person for 3 years and above. Worth the money spent, considering the number of activities they offer. They have activities for all ages like train ride, barrel ride, zip line, farm animals, jumping pillow, corn maze, pumpkin patch, fair rides and so many other things. All within $15 and unlimited rides. Couples of food stalls and ice creams stalls were there too. Parking on the grass and plenty of spaces available. Was able to find spot easily on a busy weekend. There was a stall with fair food, which was okayish. Ice cream stall serving soft serve was really good. Appreciate the owners who were sitting at the entrance to welcome every guest.

We brought our family who were visiting from out of state to do this with us for the first time. First, the positives: $12 seemed like a great price for all of the activities you get to do, but as adults, we only rode the train. The kids played on the large jumping inflatable, the many play sets, mini tractor pedal cars, and zip lines. It was a fairly good deal with a wide variety of activities for kids. Our 7 year old rode a few of the carnival rides, and we were able to get fair food for lunch which we missed from not having the state fair this year. The train was the best part and very unique compared to other fall farms or orchards. If the kids were writing this review, they'd probably give it 5 stars. I'm rating it 3 primarily because COVID-19 precautions were minimal, and our family did not feel especially safe. Masks were optional outdoors, and the place was very crowded by about 1:30 pm. It was more crowded than we are comfortable with. No social distancing markers are present anywhere on the property. The lines for food and the train were very long, and the attractions staff were disorganized and didn't seem to know how to manage people in lines. We had been waiting at the front of the train line when they suddenly chose another entrance, and we nearly missed getting on. The food choices are pretty limited to fried fair food; you'll find much better quality, fresh food if you visit another orchard/farm in the area. The kids had fun, and we might visit again in another year but not during the pandemic.

Bear photo op - A child is seated on a large, detailed bear sculpture made of wood or a similar material, located outdoors at Lark Ranch in Greenfield, Indiana. The child is wearing a blue shirt, light blue jeans, and black shoes, with a sticker covering their face. The bear sculpture is positioned against a wooden fence, and the setting appears to be a rural or farm environment with grass and trees visible nearby.

I saw the online ads for Lark Ranch and decided to make the 40 minute drive with my two kids (m10 & f8) to check it out while they're on Fall Break. This was our first time visiting. Buying the tickets on the website in advance was a breeze, there was no line for getting our wristbands when we got to admissions and they looked up our tickets by name so I didn't have to fumble through emails to find them: easy! We came on Indigenous Peoples' Day (aka Columbus Day) so it was not busy right after their 11am opening. Yet nothing was really OPEN yet either, so all there was to do was the corn maze. I had seen online where other reviewers had said there was a scavenger hunt but saw nothing of the sort while there and no employees for directions on if it existed this year either. As it warmed up outside, the people started to show up and lines got longer (as expected). The train ride was fun (beautiful views!) and the farm animals were so cute!! I wish there were more signs to show you where things are on the property though as we never would have known the animals were there if hadn't seen them while passing on the train. Also, my daughter was pretty broken hearted there were no pony rides today but only a pony dressed as a unicorn you could pay an additional $5 to take photos sitting on for 10 minutes. We really got our hopes up about that attraction. Unsure if it just wasn't going on today because of the holiday or at all this year? Plenty of other things to do for younger kids like slides, games, rides, and things like that. Maybe not ideal for older kids though. We won't be coming again unfortunately. Sn: this ranch would make A FORTUNE if they did a winter train and had these attractions during the holiday season. Maybe they do? Just an idea haha

Wooden tractor in a park play area. - Two children are on a wooden train play structure at Lark Ranch, an outdoor venue with rustic buildings and a crowd of people in the background. The boy is standing on the train's front, while the girl is sitting on the side, holding a handle. The scene is set on a grassy area under a clear blue sky, with string lights overhead and trees in the distance.

Some of the many things to do in this fall wonderland. Pick your own, large pumpkin patch. Bungee cord trampolines. Rock/wall climbing. Zip lining. Rides, games, and numerous separate parks. Corn maze. Food booths. Apple cider slushes. Gift shop. Giant sized furniture, literally. Apple shooting gun. Large slide. Fair type rides even a small coaster. A peddle Tractor trail. Train rides. This is 100 acre kid wonderland . Where new attractions emerge yearly.

This place was awesome. Great place to take your kids with plenty to do. Mostly everything was included in admission price. Kids 2 and under are free. It almost had the set up of a fair with plenty of food options. Wine slushies for the adults. The deep fried pb&j sandwhich was pure. perfection The staff was very friendly. Great place to spend a some hours at with the family

Top notch pumpkin patch located in central Indiana. The ticket price includes all of the main attractions including the train, hay ride to the pumpkin patch and the apple cannon. Lots of places charge admission and then tickets for the various rides. It was nice to see this be all-inclusive. There are a few items that cost extra like pony rides and feed for the chickens and goats. The pumpkin patch has a good variety of pumpkins already picked and some still on the vine so you can find exactly what you want. They were in great condition with a nice variety of sizes. We were here for 3 hours and still hadn't been to all of the events when the kids were worn out and ready to go. It was a great time and money well spent.

A nighttime outdoor scene shows several individuals sitting around a campfire, which is burning with visible flames and smoke. In the background, there is a rustic ranch-style building with a water tower nearby, illuminated by exterior lighting. The setting appears rural, with open space and minimal ambient light, emphasizing the glow of the fire and the illuminated building.

Lark Ranch Greenfield is a beautiful and amazing place for the whole family. So much to do. Had the most Amazing time

Although  Lark Ranch is a good 45 minutes away from Johnson County, it was definitely worth the trip.  Recently Lark Ranch was selected as the best pumpkin patch in Indiana by Good Housekeeping! As we pulled down the gravel driveway we immediately noticed several fun activities. The girls were getting all giddy pointing at each activity they could see. The cost is $12 per person. Now that might sound like a lot of money but there are at least 12 activities you and your family can participate in over and over for the price.... Climbing Wall Pillow Jump Corn maze Train ride Swings Pedal Tractor Several wooden playsets for the younger children *Pro tip: One of my favorite activities included the pedal tractors, good for kids and adults. I love when the adults can also participate with the kids. Lark Ranch also serves fair-like food at two different locations. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

This was a good 40 minute trip from greenwood for us. Very worth it though! Upon arriving you could see the excitement from the parking lot. We paid $12 a person to enter. (EVERYTHING is included with admission fee excluding pumpkins and horse rides). That being said for only $12 you get to ride a train, play on several play ground areas, do a mini rock climb, see farm animals, jump on gigantic pillow pads, go down two pretty big slides, does this sound worth it yet? (And I didn't even name everything!) Our entire family loved spending the day here. My 5 year old son loved the gigantic slide the most probably. It was pretty high! We got to do the rock climbing wall and it actually was decent height and we really enjoyed this! They have delicious apple cider slushees and apple nachos here! I definitely recommend checking this place out. (Even if it's out of your way!)

The restaurant is in an older building near downtown Greenfield. The inside is trendy with pops of orange and yellow. You order at the counter and find a seat. They bring the food out to you when it's ready. They have a menu filled with fried and bbq type entrees. Daily specials are listed on a board. The clerk as friendly and had a fun energy. Since we were first timers (and exhausted) I just had the clerk pick me a house favorite which was a brisket/Mac and cheese dish. My husband had a brisket sandwich with fries and a local craft beer. The food came out fairly quickly and the server checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The brisket Mac and cheese was really good comfort food. The Mac was thick and creamy. The pickled onion were fantastic. The brisket was juicy with a spicy kick from the bbq sauce that I loved. I couldn't eat it all and so took half home. My husband devoured his brisket sandwich. The rolls are made fresh in house. His sandwich was a winner. The shoestring fries were also delicious. The portion was generous. We loved our meals. The manager checked on us. Service is top notch. They do not have dedicated parking. We found a lot around the block and walked through an ally.

The gal at the register was friendly and helpful, and did not rush me to decide what to order. I ended up ordering a brisket potato with the meat on the side. While I waited, a gentleman came up and said that he put the butter and cheese on the potato but the other items on the side as well. I am so glad he did this, and I appreciate his forethought here. The potato wasn't going to be eaten for a while, and I didn't want to warm up the brisket and risk it drying out. The other toppings he put on the side are cold toppings, so having them separate as well was perfect! My husband is very particular about brisket, so I patiently waited for him to try it. Full disclosure - I didn't try the brisket myself. My husband said the brisket had great flavor, so WIN!!! I can't believe this place has been open this long in Greenfield and we haven't tried it before now. You won't be sorry if you give them a chance. I don't eat much meat, but if you are like me, it isn't difficult to find a menu item and just leave the meat off. Maybe someday they will have a great meatless bean dish to add to a potato or mac and cheese.

We had never tried Carnegie's in Greenfield. However, being solid longtime fans of FOX GARDIN IN FISHERS and FORTVILLE, we were eager to try this venue, now under the Burgess umbrella of fine dining experiences. From chefs to servers to managers, they excel in the minor details that make the difference. In an old CARNEGIE LIBRARY, you enter by going down some steps to the main dining room that reflects a library theme. What you notice first is the friendly and attentive service, beginning with the hostess, to the bartender, the server, the general manager, and even the managing partner, Zach B. That is what we have come to expect from the Fox Gardin and why we traveled to Greenfield. The cocktails carry a book theme. My wife and daughter enjoyed THE BOOKED FOR DEPARTURE. I am a staunch fan of the FOXY OLD FASHION. In my opinion the "very best old fashion " to be found. My daughter chose a soup / salad combo which included amazing French Onion soup and the Chefs Choice salad with their special protein of bacon. They both loved it. I have always trusted the chef special selections at the Burgess family of dining venues. So, I selected the CHEF''S DAILY PASTA selection. Oh my god, one of most and unique and amazing flavors I have ever tasted. This lunch dish was fresh gnocchi in brown butter, sausage and butternut squash. A great big thank you to the chef for creating such an amazing bowl of flavor for a Wednesday lunch. YOU'RE THE BEST. And my ten year old granddaughter said luncheon spaghetti was very very good. She let me taste it and yes, indeed it was outstanding. Ok,Yelpers, I recommend the short trip to Greenfield for an amazing lunch at a very reasonable price while exploring unique flavors. Probably, no reservations for lunch. However, if you are looking for a dinner experience, a reservation is a must. Like any professional eatery, they accept only the number of reservations that will allow for the optimal dining experience. Carnegie's will be a Greenfield dining star for years to come.

I've never done a full shopping trip here. When I have come in for the few things that I needed they've always had them. The one thing I love about Aldi is that their stores are all set up very similarly so you aren't spending all your time at a new location trying to find what you need. This store hasn't been updated like some of the others in the indy are but its still an excellent store. Parking is always easy (could be because I go at about 730 at night). Their staff is always friendly and lines are always well managed (which could be again because of the time I visit this location). A few things about Aldi, if you've never shopped here: -bring a quarter for your shopping cart (if you don't have one you can always go inside and borrow one from the cashier). Aldi does this to keep carts out of the parking lot (which helps keep their prices lower because they don't have to pay someone to fetch carts. -bring your own shopping bags, or be prepared to pay for either plastic or paper bags or you can gather empty boxes throughout the store to manage and transport your items (another way Aldi helps keep the price of their items down) -if you have a question, don't expect to call in on the phone for an answer because they don't keep someone at a desk to answer phone calls (another way to keep their cost down because they aren't paying someone to sit at a desk to answer calls that are few and far between) Try Aldi out because you are guaranteed to have lower prices with the same if not better quality of food. Aldi also stands behind their double replacement guarantee if you are unsatisfied. They will 1. refund you as well as 2. replace the item.
