I showed the hair to our server, who immediately removed the plate--and to be fair, I could tell the hair wasn't from her. The issue was how management handled it: a 10% discount and zero real concern. No apology from a manager, no real effort to make it right--just a small discount and moving on. That response left a bad taste in my mouth. Had it not been for the hair, I would have rated this place 4 stars. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was casual, and the food was enjoyable. But the way this was handled knocked my rating down to 2 stars. We were so put off that, even though our leftovers were packed and ready to go, we left them behind.
