Needs local music and local ambiance. Be proud of your city and its roots. Laredo is a beautiful city, and people should be proud of where where they are from. My personal opinion. What sets apart a restaurant is, it's seasoning and flavor that the cooking staff bring into their food. Sadly, they don't have it at the moment. I know that there are good.
