I started with a cup of miso soup. Usually when I go to other places Miso soup is mostly broth with only a few pieces of tofu and seaweed. This cup was full of ingredients and just the right temperature. I then tried the cucumber salad. I can't stop thinking about it. I would go back and just ordered two bowls and call it a day. It was that good! I then ended with the Texas roll. I'm not a huge curry fan, but the roll with a little bit of the sauce really was tasty and an interesting combo for my tastebuds.
