The alteration process was a bit long, requiring multiple visits, but Yang was receptive to any changes that we wanted. I appreciate that after any work is done, he allowed us to check his work and if there was anything we weren't happy with he was opening to making the changes. Overall, I feel like his prices are reasonable for the work he does. My only strong word of advice is to make sure to call ahead before coming into the store to make sure that whatever work is done because usually he's behind schedule.

The owner, Lida, said she'd follow up and give me a call to see what happened but never did. I paid for the sweater they lost and don't feel like getting into an extended back and forth with them but I wouldn't recommend them if you want to get all your clothes back. The pieces that came back cleaned also didn't look like they had been cleaned thoroughly. One of them was a pair of pants that was covered with lint and loose threads. The other was a winter puffer coat that had bits of fuzz still stuck to the velcro parts.

I called before going in and spoke with Angus who specializes in working with the bridal cleaning team. Angus is the best. When I came in he looked at the dress with me so we could both point out marks. He then walked me through their extensive process as well as timeline. The best part is they do not send out the dresses to be cleaned. Everything stays on site. They only send it off site if it is being preserved. I wasn't ready to do that just 10/10 and beyond experience. I also really appreciated them staying in constant contact with me through the process. I've now started taking my more delicate pieces and I have been just as happy I was with my dress.
