Thankfully the competitor up the street didn't agree that it was "covered in pet hair" and does not have such a policy in place. Good luck with your business as you will need lots of it with this ridiculous so-called policy. You've lost a good customer. I'll give you two stars for servicing us occasionally with random items over the past several years. Wow, it's crazy what one visit, one policy, and poor management can do for a business. A good business would make customer service a priority and I left there feeling humiliated.

I began to take my clothes out of the bag and explain to her that has a little cat hair on it but not a lot..she said that she can't take it and I thought she was joking. I had a sport coat and pair of pants cleaned and it was some time ago. The pants were still in the cleaner's plastic wrap when I took them out to wear to a funeral. There was a large white spot in the crotch and I tried to wipe it of with a wet rag. It just left a wet looking circle. I took it back to the cleaners for a redo. They said it had been too long even if I just took them out of the bag. The lady said, "Sir, we have a policy." I have a policy, also. I don't trust anyone that doesn't trust me. I always assumed they would be right. Lesson learned. Inspect your clothes when you pick them up and find cleaners that trust you.

I called and asked if I needed my yellow slip and was told no just a phone number , but the store was about to close. My ticket says my items will be ready for pickup Friday at 6. The slip hours displayed this location closed at 730pm. So I explained that to the kid who answered the phone. I was told to come before 6. I pull up at 601 and meet her at the door. She asks if I have cash and I say no, but I just spoke with you and told you I was en route. You never expressed I needed to bring CASH to pay. Because the credit card machine was down it was nothing she could do. She was NOT rude at all, only doing her job. I'm annoyed because the policies set in place are piss poor. She explained the ticket time is not accurate , since I asked her why would my pickup time be closing time? I'm not sure if I will ever come back for this inconvenience. It's only 5 minutes from my house so I guess that's the only plus.

The woman assisted this man and told me the store was closed and she had no time to accept my 3 shirts. I stated that I thought the store was open until 6:00pm and the woman said it was open until 6, but she didn't want to take the time to ring me up. I was a bit shocked as the woman was rude and unapologetic. I dont know if she was an owner or just a worker, but the store shouldn't be in business with this awful customer service. I drove 15 minutes to this location to drop off my shirts and will never be back. If this is how customers are treated when they want to give the store business, I can imagine what would happen if there was an issue. Stay far away from this cleaners.
