Recently I had some garments for tailoring. I went into the change room as they asked, but midway through being pinned a man came in who wanted elbow patches on his sweater. The woman left me without apology or explanation and went and helped him! I said nothing and went to change into the next garment. I stepped out and the tailor and another assistant were finishing up with typing in clothes from clients who had left. I waited. A man then came in and the tailor served him - while ignoring me. The other woman went to the back. I waited. The first man left, and another man came in and again, the tailor served the new male customer. I waited and then said, "this is the second customer you have served while I am waiting." He arrogantly didn't even turn, she said nothing. I went in and changed. She came and tried to hug me. I said nothing and walked out. Awful, awful service at very high prices. I went down the road to an elderly couple who are wonderful tailors. Half the price and far better service and tailoring. Cash only and due upfront, but they let me pay on pick up because I forgot to bring cash (oops). Will definitely come back!

The woman told me that my pants would be completed within a few days but she would need little over a week for the comforter. Which I was fine with. I came back and got my pants and they were done perfectly as expected and I was very happy with that and because I was traveling I told her I would pick up my comforter in a few weeks when I returned. I have not yet picked up the comforter but I felt that the experience was so pleasant and she was so helpful and measuring me and getting my pants hemmed before I traveled that I wanted to leave a good review so I will initially review with four stars. When I go back and pick up the comforter and go there again and have other experiences I'll update my review and may even upgrade to five stars. But since I've only been there once I do not want to start off with five stars but do you want to give her four because my initial experience was so good. I will keep you updated.

On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess.
