He told us he's going to make it right and even sent people out to assess the damage and determine what it would take to remove the staining from the ceiling. This dragged on forever; in the meantime, additional rainstorms showed that they had not properly flashed around the skylights. They did fix those issues, including replacing one of the skylights at no cost. But the ceiling issue was never resolved. It dragged on for years, and we tried to be understanding and patient. We heard claims that the insurance company would be involved to help rectify. Nothing came of it, and our texts were soon ignored. The ceilings are still water-stained.

I emailed Jason to get an estimate for a home addition and was very disappointed. He began by…read moreemailing me back strictly "send building plans for estimate" as the subject of an email with nothing else. Then he calls me and proceeds to tell me that "contractors don't like to work with owners as generals" to that I replied with "well, we have been trying to find a general, but it was too far above our budget to include that as well". Then he proceeded to ask questions, which is fair, but in a condescending tone and with zero respect. Once I sent him our approved plans, he sent a list of aggressive questions without any context or having bothered to look at our plans. I was ready to give our business to this company, but could not believe how he was interacting with me. I'm sure he expected a man to answer the phone and when it was a woman, he felt that he could speak to me however he pleased. I hope he learns from this experience and treats potential customers with more respect next time.

We recently bought a home that needs a bathroom re done. We got bids from a total of 6 companies…read moreand these guys took the longest to write a bid and came out 3 times higher than any other company that came out to provide bids. The bid that was provided by them had a lot of "tbd" on the bid....what? The bathroom is about 12x12 and they quoted us over $6k to paint. $7400 for linoleum flooring. $600 for a porta potty, we have two other functional bathrooms! The guy (Jason) who came out insulted my intelligence when I told him my budget and he said nobody who's good would do it for that cost. Well let me tell you that 5 other reputable, insured, bonded, etc contractors came out and said that they could. Do yourself a favor...if you're getting a bid from them be sure to get bids from other companies as well.

I want to give a shout out to an amazing company. My house has not been updated since 1995 and we…read moreare on a limited budget and I was very nervous about talking to a contractor when I could not do a big project at 1 time. Jorge came over and we talked about how the process worked, how we could break up what I wanted done into smaller more affordable chunks. He was extremely flexible with me being able to add things to be done, at a reasonable price, with reasonable notice-for scheduling. So far He has taken down the track lighting in the kitchen and replaced it recessed led lighting which is amazing by itself and has made my kitchen look brand new. He has replaced the hall lighting with the same kind of lights which allow me to see much better, less hazardous. He has replaced the vanity large, bulky, oversized, old light with a sleek new stylish light, which led me to see I also needed to replace the fan light in the bathroom, the sink and faucet. Now he is repairing some cabinet doors and will patch a wall area, install a toilet paper hanger. We are working towards blinds for the windows, lighting for the living room and flooring for the house. The work he has done is excellent quality and is a huge value add both financially and lifestyle/comfortwise. He has had excellent advice and ideas and has also listened to what I want and offered pros and cons while still being respectful. I am very, very happy with my experience and will continue to work with Jorge and Willamette Valley Home Improvement Projects LLC. I look forward to the time when I can have my siding replaced and get other large things accomplished. Thank you to Jorge and willamettehomeprojects@gmail.com +1 (503) 689-0267
