I went into 3 other businesses to ask whom had towed my vehicle, they all told me it was the mgr of Acquisition!!! When i approached the store the mgr said she had a delivery and had to tow it!!!!! I was appalled as there were so many other places that they could have parked!!!! EVERY SHOP I SPOKE WITH SAID THEY SHOULDVE PUT CONES OUT IF SHE KNEW SHE HAD A. DELIVERY. She proceeded to tell me she had to help the 2 customers that were in her store then she would help me!!!! LIKE WHAT!??!! My vehicle was missing, I had an appointment to get to AND I PARKED LEGALLY!!!! The store that i was in graciously offered to pay to get the vehicle back in which i told them it was NOT their problem. When my daughter went in Acquisition to find out what we were supposed to do the mgr STILL HAD NOT CONTACTED THE OWNER NOR CALLED THE TOW COMPANY!!! FINALLY I told her she would have a lawsuit on her hands if i didnt get my vehicle back ASAP, she rudely informed me that she would pay and call the tow company. It was a complete disaster trying to find the tow company etc. What should've been a great day shopping for my daughters wedding dress turned out horrible thanks to this mgr's poor decision and horrible attitude

The police came to facilitate. Brian offered to remove the wiring so I could take my chandelier without the expensive unauthorized wiring . Ann prevented him from moving forward with this simple solution. She badgered me. She denied yelling while she was yelling. She was sly, lied, and got close to my face. It was all very shocking. Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.
