ITH came over and listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered! We have nice, new, beautiful 3,000psi concrete patio and some marathon 2 sod installed perfectly! I loved they were able to create the little curve, and planter spaces along the edge with bend a board. They tapered the land and concrete so no water pools anywhere. The sprinkler system is in great working order. We are forever thankful for their professionalism, respect to our property, immediate response time, and hard work and dedication! They were on time and such a wonderful group of workers. When they say they will finish part ABC on X Day they mean it! I'd give them 6 stars if we could! We also asked them to kill and grade everything in the front as my wife and I will do the front yard ourselves. They easily took out all the debris and weeds. The quote was reasonable after shopping around a bit but what sold us was how easy it is to work with Angel. It would have been several months until they started the project, but in the meantime, Angel was kind enough to have the crew cut down the overgrown weeds for us. It was a 2 week project that included removing the invasive Brazilian Pepper tree growing out of the original retaining wall, removal of the wooden fence and old retaining blocks, a new retainer wall, a property wall, a retaining planter, leveling off a slope and replanting my dying lime tree. Luckily we didn't have any landscaping done and they got rid of all the weeds and tilled the soil also. I cannot recommend E.L. Landscaping enough. Their work was neat and they cleaned the area nicely when they left. Eduardo is incredibly friendly and has plenty of ideas and options to better suit your price range.
