Hands down, Pals Nails and More is the best. The salon is clean and easily accessible. They make every effort to keep their clients safe by sterilizing tools and equipment between uses. I'm so thankful that I found Angie. In fact, all of the ladies there are wonderful. They're professional, personable, and very accommodating. Even though I'm one of Angie's clients, they all greet me when I come in and when I leave. If Angie wasn't available I would feel completely comfortable having my nails done by any member of the wonderful staff. Friendly doesn't come close to describing their attitude. As far as the quality of service, Angie is meticulous in her work, and is often more particular about how my nails look than I am. She takes great pride in her work, and I appreciate that. Most people don't know what customer service is anymore. They provide the least amount of service for the fee that they are charging, so I value Angie going above and beyond to make me happy. I ended up stopping my own pedicure because I was so disgusted and could no longer relax, which is what I came in to do. I left midway through my pedicure. As I paid, he loudly told me to "never come back," further humiliating me in front of other customers. What was supposed to be a fun mother-daughter outing turned into the most degrading nail salon visit I've ever had. This place lacks professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect for customers. Do not waste your time or money here. I wish I would've read the more recent reviews before driving 30 minutes to return here. I regret patronizing this place. Editing to add: Less than 3 hours after leaving the Polish has completely peeled off of my daughter's nails. I called the establishment and they told me to "come back in." I expressed I am uncomfortable with this after how I was treated earlier today and in response to that they hung up on me. They also did not clean underneath my daughter's nails or clip/file them at all during the service. See the attached photos for what we received. My legs and feet were a bit achy before I came in and now I feel like a new person! The prices are very reasonable - it's $25 for a regular pedicure. For the special pedicures it ranges from $35-$45. The peppermint pedicure was $35 and so worth it! I'm so glad that I tried them out. Everyone was so friendly there too. I went first thing in the morning when they opened and didn't have to wait.
