Rather than being helpful, the attitude came across as unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and unfortunately this interaction completely undermined what could have been a positive visit. There are many other places to shop where courtesy and basic respect are still part of the experience. I won't be returning.

I went in and I was impressed by the selection of new and gently worn clothing, mostly gently worn, and their amazing selection of vintage costume jewelery. I bought a pair of earrings and a necklace for my special lady. Something that was beautiful, affordable, original, and not easily pawned to buy cans of keyboard cleaner...another long story. She loved the pieces and was very happy to know that this wasn't just some mass produced pieces that anyone can get at a department store. I have even been back for another set of earrings. The ladies who work at the store are great! They give good advice, they are very helpful and really make you want to come back. The ladies there who own it, are friendly and helpful. The young guys who help load into your car and such, are kind and helpful too. They offer delivery for those of you who buy a lot or need help with a larger vehicle. This is a really great touch. It's family-run and in addition to the antiques they also sell mulch out back. I drove past it the first two times I went because it comes up quickly and is somehow hard to see on Chester Pike there, but once you know where it is you'll do okay. Looking forward to my next trip. Just reviewing this place has me wondering what's new down there.

*Warning do not shop here* Our couch was sold to ud damaged…read moreand was accused of breaking it ourselves. My fiance and I bought a couch from Samson furniture store. This is the second couch we bought from them. First one we bought about 4 years ago and the other one we just picked up today. Granite it wasn't an expensive couch. Under 700.00 but perfect for what we needed it for. When we got it back to the house we unpackaged it and put the feet on. when we flip up the couch and took a better look I notice a bow in the wood on the front piece and the springs pier to be popping up the cushions so something wasn't right. It wasn't something simple that we would be able to live with. We packed up the section that was broken to take it back. The manager accused us of breaking it and to make matters even worse accused my fiance of being "wacked out of his mind" because he told him after he accused us of breaking it, to give us a refund. So when he went back up with the other part of the couch the manager continued to accused him of breaking it and insist that he must of jumpped on the couch breaking it. Told him to F*** off in front of customers. That is No way to run a business. Apparently if someone wanted to return something they must be high. We are upset about how all this turned out and how he treated us.
