Friendly Front Desk, EASY to get an appointment, and when I asked if Spectrum could provide a certain type of sunglasses that were impossible to get at my prior glasses seller, they quickly pulled out not only a possibility, but TEN different styles of exactly what I'd been looking for without success. SIGN ME UP! My initial appointment was called right on time, and the number of exam devices was impressive. The Vision Tech was thorough, and explained exactly what she was doing on each device. Dr. Richard took over, and described all my findings in detail. I couldn't have more confidence in a Doctor, and her pleasant, friendly demeanor eliminated my stress at seeing someone new for my vision needs. After the exam, I perused the multitude of available styles, and ordered several pairs, from the on-site Specialist. She took all the time required to assure what I ordered would fit properly, and when delivered on the date promised, re-checked fit & vision before I left. I was very unhappy with this doctor and the very day my insurance changed back I was in Dr. Bierman's office for a "correct" visit! Dr. Bierman's calm, soft-spoken manner in a world that can often be loud and chaotic are so welcomed. He treats you as if you are the only patient he sees and will go to great lengths to make sure you have what you need. He listens to all of your concerns and asnwers your questions in a way that you understand completely. He doesn't dumb things down and treats you with the utmost respect and kindness that most modern doctors "don't have time for" A wealth of information, Dr. Bierman knows the names and numbers of a doctor he will refer you to, the same doctors he would take his wife to see or see himself. Dr. Bierman makes the time to make sure you are happy with your visit and then ultimately your product. If you have any issues all you have to do is pick up the phone or stop in and he and his wonderful staff of kind, knowlegeable ladies go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. He told me there's nothing wrong with the glasses and proceeded to give me a refund when I didn't request one. I insisted the glasses were defective but Cliff dismissed me and blamed it on my stigmatism. They rechecked my eyes and nothing changed with my prescription. I wasn't offered a redo on the left lens or any kind of help, only a refund that I didn't even ask for. I'm 55 Years old and this was one the top three worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. I still don't have any glasses and I wasted three hours I will never get back.

Not only is LASIK a quick and painless process, it has given me amazing, crystal clear vision with zero side effects and the freedom to do the things I love without hassle or worry: SURFING. SNOWBOARDING. SAILING. RUNNING. SKYDIVING. The list is endless. The analogy I like to use: getting LASIK is like eliminating an annoying "life chore". Imagine if your clothes never got dirty and you NEVER had to do laundry again? Imagine if your cell phone battery lasted forever and you NEVER had to charge it ? Basically, I felt like he actually cared about me as a patient, which, sadly, is not always the case. The personal touch is really what distinguished Dr. Sucheski from the other doctors I considered. He takes the time to make sure LASIK is the right option for you--he will actually only perform the procedure if he is 99% sure you will have 20/20 or better afterward (talk about reassuring!). It's clear this isn't about the money for him, it's about that look - that glint of fascination in his patients' eyes as they absorb their renewed, crisper world with absolute delight. It was good before but my last visit was not satisfying at all. I had my 3 prescription old glasses with me to make sure I get different frame this time but I left the office without getting any glasses even if my numbers were changed. No proper explanation of my eyes evaluation. Not a single question like "do you have any other problem/issue with your eyes or vision?" Less then 10 minutes and handed me over the new proscription paper and done. Even if there was only one person there at that time which was me. No other patient was there. I want to buy glasses from there but I thing now I will use the proscription and buy it from somewhere else where people are interested to show me some frames AT LEAST.
