We arrived around 10PM and there was no one in line. For sure on the early side of having a Ritz Dogs then during the college days. We ordered a Ritz Dog of course and a Brix Sausage. I well say the Ritz Dog is just a good as I remember them being 10 years ago and prices are great as well. I will say though the Brix Sausage was the best of the 2. The Sausage had so much flavor and great snap. I will continue going to Ritz Dogs if I ever find myself at the Beach Bars. I true Jacksonville staple with the best dogs in the city.

Beautiful smile, pleasant personality, open to questions, responsive, and very warm and inviting! That was the first impression. Now let's talk about the food. The first wow was for customer service. The second wow is for the food! After reading the reviews, and I can see why they have all five stars, and I can see why people compliment their French fries because as stated by others, yes, those French fries were outstanding. In fact, yes, I had to devour them all and it took all my willpower not to steal the ones from my friend that she had not finished. Moreover, the hamburger was thick as can be, loved the sauce, what rich flavors that sauce had! My friend had the hotdog which was a mess to eat, but looked really good, and of course, because it's Nathan's, you know it is. This is one food truck I will definitely be returning to. It's worth the drive

I was driving down New Jesup Highway in Brunswick when I spotted a truck with "Cousins Maine…read moreLobster" on the side. I got excited right away as I had no idea Brunswick had a lobster truck. As soon as I got home I looked them up and learned they're based out of Jacksonville, Florida, and only stop in the area occasionally. Luckily, they happened to be in Brunswick that day, so my wife and I decided to try it. From the outside the truck looks very clean, and the service was super nice. If you're going just for the lobster rolls, this is easily a 5-star experience. The rolls are really good. I highly recommend adding the extra meat--we ordered one roll with it and one without, and the difference was noticeable. My wife got the Connecticut-style roll and I got the buttered garlic. Mine was solid, but next time I'd stick with the classic buttered Connecticut version. The lobster bisque, however, was a complete miss--a solid zero on its own. It was very thin and almost tasted like dishwater. It did have a nice piece of knuckle meat, but even that was ruined by the flavorless broth. There was nothing redeeming about it. I could have averaged the meal out to a 2 or 3 overall, but I'm not docking them too hard since the rolls were the main reason we went and they delivered. I can't wait until they come back. Next time I'll just get two rolls for myself and skip the bisque entirely.

Their chili is so fresh and tastes homemade. I even had to give a compliment because of how fresh it tasted. The fries were crispy and well seasoned which complimented well with the cheese sauce. Hot dog wasn't the greatest but definitely would come back again. All the toppings were good but only down side were the buns. Very flimsy and easy to break. Had to save the best for last because no way i thought it was going to be that good. The Philly! Beats most places here in Jax which is so sad to say because this isn't even a Philly spot. It had so much flavor and for a fair price. Definitely on the smaller portion but it surprised me how good it was. The bread was toasty as well as the beef and cheese were well seasoned. Not the best Philly in the world but for $10? And it's pretty good. Can't compare it to a real real Philly but it's a must! Overall I give the place a 8.8/10

That's right, these hot dogs are 100% vegan. Which means vegan cheese, vegan chili, etc. In my unprofessional opinion, nothing can triumph over pig. I'm a pork-butt eating fool. However, I don't believe Hot Dog Party is comparing themselves to a classic frankfurter. They're rocking their own unique style, and I applaud them for it!
