I opted for a pedicure with callus removal and sugar scrub. The scrub was fine, like not too gritty. The massage was light pressure. My calluses were only partially removed. Something went wrong with the gel polish on my pinky toe because it peeled off the very next day. Either incomplete prep or incorrect gel polish application. No issues with the polish on other toes. There is still an excess of dead skin around my big toes. The service was speedy! I think with a little more attention to detail, this could have been great.

So, I wasn't going to leave this review- I was just never going to come back…read more So I was getting Gel X done with extensions, the girl who helped me trimmed my cuticle and caused me to bleed a lot. In her panic, she put super glue on my cut to stop the bleeding, then put a washcloth back on it to stem the bleeding but ended up supergluing the washcloth to my finger. She then ripped the washcloth off my finger (which HURT) and had to spend 5min tweezing off the bits of washcloth that were not glued to my finger. She also gaslit me and said my skin was so thick, so it was my fault. Not only that- but she often applied too much glue and had to keep redoing her applications. Even after that horrific experience- I was going to let it go. I even tipped her $30 because I'm too nice and hate conflict. But we're barely 3 days in having these nails and already my thumb nail popped off in front of my friggin boss. Beware of this place. There's a reason why some people never return.

Got seated in one of the spa massage chairs. They have books of nail polish colors that you can choose from. There was a good selection of colors. Just got the basic pedicure and added on the callus remover. For the callus remover, she scrubbed extra hard. Not enough to hurt, but close to it. I did not inspect the finished product too closely before leaving. But, afterwards, noticed that the polish color was slightly lighter and did not have the shimmer like the polish that was selected. However, that's my fault as she did ask me if the color was OK. Also noticed a spot on one nail and noticeable brush strokes in the nail polish.
