I agree with other yelpers that the staff here are not overly friendly and I am not sure if it is due to language issue? Most can speak basic English but they definitely are more comfortable conversing in Chinese. I usually have the foot reflexology/massage and it's always good. I had the acupressure (body) massage on my last visit and it was good too. I'm so glad they are here as I usually have a foot reflexology when I sprained my ankles. Somehow they know how to massage and re-aligned the ankle. That's me, but it's still best to see a regular doctor first. Now they are passing on the credit card processing fee to customers. I have the vip member card so that doesn't affect me. And I do recommend getting the vip card if you want to get massages regularly. It's like a bank system where you put in money and they give extra 20% or 2 more sessions in it. It gets deducted when you use it for services. I like how they locked in the prices of when you get the card. And there's no expiry date. I got mine end of 2019, covid hit so I didn't go often, and now it's 2023 and I can still use the card. So the prices charged for me was based on 2019. Now the prices have gone up a fair bit so if I top up the card, it will be based on the current price list. One thing to note: they do expect tips in cash. I have seen them asking/telling customers to tip the staff.
