I've had 5 vehicles tinted at Capitol Shine, and while the first 4 were absolutely flawless, the 5th one had to be redone *three* separate times for major issues -- I'm not talking about a little speck of dust here or there, but major contamination. The final time they tinted the last vehicle, they ended up damaging the leather in the car by letting the tinting spray sit on the leather under the window for too long. To their credit, they apologized and refunded me for the tint job -- but I still had to go and have the leather replaced, which was a major pain in the ass. So, if you're looking for detailing - A+ work. If you're looking for tinting, be careful.

There was new damage that was not from the accident. The windows were left down so the car was wet and filthy. Additionally, there was trash inside my vehicle that did not belong to me. The vehicle was considered totaled so I guess it's moot, but the value of my vehicle from the insurance company was low due to "prior damage" (the damages from the tow). I had to submit photos to the insurance company from the night of the accident to prove the damage was not there prior to the accident. Additionally, in Maryland, license plates need to be returned before insurance and title can be refunded. I asked Asikin if I could come get my tags and he said he would remove for me. Turns out, he did not remove the tags and released my vehicle to insurance so now my car and attached tags are in the ether. As of today, which is more than a month after the accident, I still have not located my tags. Asikin has not assisted me in any efforts to track down my vehicle and the only explanation I was offered was "I forgot."
