I say all this to make the point that The Computer Doctor in Greenville is by far the best experience I've had. He took my Dell laptop that was booting up at a snail's pace and CONSTANTLY updating for some reason and, after one overnight's work, had it running so well it was unbelievable. I'm not sure what I had done to mess it up so badly, but he fixed it. It now boots up in less than 2 minutes (used to be it could take up to 30 min) and is running like a charm. Warning to future clients....DO NOT allow this company to manage your IT needs. Before you know it you will have racked up THOUSANDS in service calls, will no longer be global admin of your microsoft or your phone service. Research the importance of global admin rights if you dont know. This can absolutely be DETRIMENTAL to your company! They can essentially take over every aspect of your business and you not even know it until its too late! I can tell you after researching my business "service calls" for the last year....More than half of the issues have not been handled but i paid service calls more than once for the same issue! When confronted with the issues and the thousands of dollars that had been paid for the same issue, I was dropped as a client and demanded to pay outrageous amounts of money to regain control of my business emails, phones and all accounts. Want proof of this? I have emails, checks or whatever else you may want.
