On the scheduled day and time i waited for his call as I sat by my computer. No call from Zack so I called the office to receive a message that the office was closed for a Christmas Party. I emailed a request for information, phoned their office three times and eventually obtained the cell phone number of Andrew and left him three messages. I received not one reply. Their office voicemail will not allow you to leave a message, a Siri type computer voice continues to ask you if you are still there and that they cannot hear you. I find this irresponsible and extremely unprofessional. I am a corporate professional looking to relocate to Washington for a career move, my lifestyle is quiet and rather boring, therefore, making me a perfect tenant. A simple phone call or email response would have been appreciated. You can believe once I relocate to Washington I will not recommend Howard and Associates.
