Their office voicemail will not allow you to leave a message, a Siri type computer voice continues to ask you if you are still there and that they cannot hear you. I find this irresponsible and extremely unprofessional. I am a corporate professional looking to relocate to Washington for a career move, my lifestyle is quiet and rather boring, therefore, making me a perfect tenant. A simple phone call or email response would have been appreciated. You can believe once I relocate to Washington I will not recommend Howard and Associates.

They certainly staff the place in a manner that would suggest they have no fear of losing business to other establishments. Forget about getting something done here in a rush. I have used the copy center a dozen times in the past 4 months. Only once was it staffed with enough people to properly service customers. The self-serve center is constantly out-of-order. Make your copies at the Kinkos in Greenville.
