Mandy was so helpful getting us the right combination for our kitchen floor, countertop, & backsplash. Manuel installed the tile floor. Even when a backsplash tile broke after installation they were on top of it and got it replaced within a couple days.

Do you need junk removed? House cleared out? Furniture moved? Trash hauled? Garage clean out?…read moreStorage unit cleared? Hauling, yard debris cleared out? Are you a real estate agent looking for a reliable company to help get properties ready for listing? These are your guys. As an older woman, I dread hiring contractors. I've had multiple disappointing experiences trying to get people out for quotes, let alone do work. These guys set the bar, then exceed it for their professionalism and pricing. They show up when they say they will, work as late as they need to, and provide VERY reasonable accurate price quotes. I've been beyond impressed by how professional and polite, and careful they've been, respecting not only our property but our neighbors as well. I'd trust them 100% with whatever you need done inside or outside your home. They're truly a gem and a blessing for folks like me who procrastinate getting things done for lack of reliable help. Highly recommended for whatever you're looking to have done in the Pitt County and ENC area!

The initial discussion of business was the only good part about working with this company. Once…read morethey received my items, I had to reach back out to get a quote after two days of dropping my items off to this company . I received no communication back from them until I said I would be by the next day to pick my items back up and I wasnt interested in the business anymore. the owner then sent me a long email detailing their process in which I responded that I thought I would have received this information two days prior when I dropped off my order. I was in need of my apparel as I had business duties to handle the next week. I then received my quote after the long email and telling them I wanted to just pick my items back up and move on. I went on and paid for the items as I really needed my clothing personalized. More days go by and I had to call them again to check on my order. Thats only when there was a move in my order. The owner sounded unsure of when my items would even go into production. once I got the confirmation message that my order was ready to be picked up, I reached out to the company on a good time to pick up my order. This was a Saturday and per Google, this company's hours were from 10am -5pm. I called multiple times with no answer and even went to the business location to see if I could pick up my order, per the pickup text I received from the company. I left another message letting them know I called and came by and no one answered despite the business hours listed online. The Monday after, I tried to call them after 9 am when they opened and received no answer. I then went to the business location and spoke with the woman and told her I was just trying to pick up my order. she asked me to go to the garage in which the male handed me my order. No acknowledgment or apology for what I experienced with this company. I wanted to support this company and that's why I took a chance to get them to embroider my company apparel based on some of their reviews but I will highly not recommend this company to anyone due to the unprofessionalism and lack of acknowledgment of problems encountered, especially with their lack of communication. Take your items elsewhere.
