I have traveled all over the country and what this dealership charges for an oil change is almost double anywhere I've been (I only use Ford dealerships for service). If I wasn't heading out of town in the morning to drive 1,200 miles towing I would have gladly cancelled my appointment and gone elsewhere! Warning to anyone needing service go anywhere but here!!!!

Car started and I drove to the dealership. They charged the battery and sent me on my way at no charge! That's great service.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and choose the services I wanted, including a state inspection. Someone met me at my car when I arrived and checked me in. The inside is very clean, and includes nice bathrooms, a waiting area, WiFi, a snack bar, and an enclosed kids' room (bless you, Audi). I LOVE how the tech sends me a little video once work is completed, summarizing what they did (the DFW-area Audi dealerships did this too). Audi Greenville also has a shuttle that'll take you anywhere you want to go within, I think, a 2-mile radius (if memory serves). There's shopping and eating directly across the road from them, which is nice if you expect your car to be in for several hours. All work was completed as expected on my car. The wait was a bit longer than I would've expected for just an oil change and state inspection, but I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere else. I wish they were a bit closer, but that's okay -- I'll be back.

I show up, and they take my dash apart only to tell me I had the wrong wiring harness. Their book had it wrong too, so I'm not complaining about that. Here's where things start to really PISS ME OFF though. They tell me it will be 45 dollars to put my dash back together after they failed to install the stereo. That sucked, but that's not what makes me 1-star angry. They "Found" the right harness after that, and charged me a bonecrushing 40 fucking dollars for a 9 dollar harness!!!! They present me with a $120 bill, DOUBLE what they told me on the phone all because my car is a BMW (They didn't mention that on the phone) and the $40 harness, 4 times amazon price. The worst part is: They did this after telling me $45 to put it back together. Had they warned me they were going to surprise me with $120 charge for a 9 dollar harness, I would have told them to go fuck themselves. DO NOT GO HERE. Drive the extra miles to Greenville and let Best Buy or anyone reputable do your work instead. AVOID this shady place. I asked for a quote on replacing my speakers in my car since they insisted they were blown. They said $200 to replace them all. Best buy will do it for much less, far better quality, far less shady business tactics. Skip this place, go someplace reputable. The guy at Stereo Town had this smug smile like he honestly thought I was going to give him $200 after the shit they pulled with the stereo. HAH.

For reference, I drive a 2022 Honda civic with less than 40k miles on it, so my car is very well taken care of. If I take it to the dealership it typically costs me about $75 for an oil change. I was charged $90 here and they forgot to turn off the check light as well, so I had to go back inside to request they turn it off. I felt like I was taken advantage of here, they were not transparent with their prices, and did not even fully complete the job. I was very disappointed as the service did not match the almost five start review here.
