Sorry no pics I had just got off the road and was hungry and not thinking...only thing I could say not positive is that the coating was a bit salty for my taste but it didn't slow me down a bit. The location is normally in a clean state, the food served is hot and fresh (I wish they would bring back 3 hotdogs for $1, those things got me through my University days), and the staff are professional. The interior is clean as well, so is the bathroom on my visits. And of course, per Sheetz, the location has excellent lighting both inside and outside. They have a carwash on sight as well which does a pretty good job, as well as a free tire inflation station which I've had the luxury and misfortune of using more times then I'd care to admit. Without a doubt, I can recommend this location in good faith.

I recently placed a delivery order through the Wawa app that included four drinks. Three of the…read moredrinks were great, but unfortunately, one of them was absolutely disgusting. Despite the different syrups I ordered, the drink had virtually no flavor and tasted like a cup of tainted water. I called the Wawa store to see if the drink could simply be remade. Unfortunately, the associate I spoke with showed absolutely no empathy, offered no explanation, took no responsibility, and was completely unhelpful. His response to nearly everything I said was, "I don't know." He ultimately told me to contact DoorDash. While I understand that DoorDash handled the delivery, DoorDash did not make my drink. Wawa did. The issue was with the product I received from your store, not the delivery service. I did contact DoorDash, and they offered a refund. However, a refund was not what I wanted. I didn't order the drink just to receive my money back, I ordered it because I actually wanted the drink I paid for. I expected it to be properly made, flavorful, and enjoyable. What was especially disappointing was the lack of customer service when I contacted the store. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. I simply wanted the drink remade, and instead I was dismissed and redirected to another company. I hope Wawa will review this situation, including the way my concern was handled by the associate, and take the opportunity to address both the quality of the drink and the customer service experience.
