Here's the story we are a Non-profit organization serving the community. So, we wanted to have a day trip and sent a deposit ($440.00) to book a bus with Robert Bynum. Well he failed to show up the day of departure stated he had the date wrong. Now remember we paid a deposit in Good Faith with him. We are now in almost 30 days and our $440.00 he spend on personal or Whatever but has been unable to give us our refund. All of this is due to him playing that he has a business but begging for upfront deposits and not writing or following up on anything. We did our part as to forwarding email reminding him of the departure day. But obviously that was asking too much for him to read them. He has promise now 2 times to refund our money giving us different dates. Now get this the last communication was he needed to check with his CPA... this is your laugh for today... Really... Mr.Bynum, God is not pleased with you using other peoples money and not being a person of your word. Where's the integrity. Bottom line please American NEVER USE this company/service for anything.....you are making a Big mistake... So much so that I needed to post this for any other single women in this group. As a single woman, certain situations can be a little scary when you need to put your trust in someone you don't know. I moved to Greenville for my ex and was left to relocate completely by myself. I came across Omar's company on ThumbtackPros and genuinely thought I had everything under control. I was COMPLETELY WRONG. This man is legitimately the only reason I could move, and he ended up being a source of emotional support throughout the journey. If this wasn't incredible enough, I accidentally left my work MacBook behind, and this man found it in my things and SHIPPED IT TO ME so I wouldn't have to make the drive back.
