Over time, the cost of our home garbage service kept increasing. We started at around $30 per month, and by the end we were paying over $80 per month plus an added processing fee that was never clearly disclosed on our invoice. On top of that, this company seems to add every extra fee they can think of. We were charged a $15 administration fee, processing fees, and even a "maintenance fee" with little to no explanation. To make matters worse, we were charged the same amount to remove a residential green bin as my husband is charged at his woodworking business to remove an industrial-sized bin. We were also charged the same eco fee as his company, despite this being regular household garbage service, not a commercial woodworking operation. When we cancelled our service, we were then charged more than $300 for them to pick up the bins. This charge was never mentioned ahead of time. Had we known, we would have gladly returned the bins ourselves at no cost. When we contacted the sales team about the charge, they were dismissive and rude, and showed no concern for keeping us as customers. If this issue is not resolved and the charge is not refunded, I will be contacting the BBB and local consumer news outlets. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company clearly does not value customer satisfaction.
