My nail tech was absolutely amazing, such a nice personality, but he did not listen. I wanted an almond shape, and I ended up with an uneven oval. Also, my polish is lumpy, and each nail is a different shape. Waste of $55. My pedicure is amazing, so no complaints on that. Why am I disappointed? It took me months to grow my nails long enough for an almond-to-point shape. Now I have short oval shapes. Not my style, not impressed. As I said, lovely tech and I didn't have the heart to say anything at the time. read more

I have been getting pedicures done at Langford nails for about 2 years. it is clean and friendly. Appointments are not difficult to get (sometimes just walk In), prices are very reasonable, and tgey are quick. The only reason I did not give them a 5 * rating is because they are not like going to a very high end spa - but there service is great. read more

I've been wanting to check this place out since it's a 1 minute walk from my house. The people are so kind, went in at 9am when they opened and she gave me a nice seat by the opened door since it was such a beautiful day out. I got a manicure and pedicure done with gel, they have a deal if you do both. I wanted to get a different colour on my ring finger but she came up with putting daisies on instead and it was such a good idea! There's a massage chair for when you get the pedicure and its very adjustable and comfortable. They give you a foot and leg massage as well, then if you get the manicure they will give you a hand massage. 100% recommend this place, they are amazing! Great prices too. read more

SO glad I found this place! Moved to Victoria from Vancouver and was a little worried about finding a new nail salon. The place is clean, everyone is very nice and my nails are perfect every time. Had my nails done by Paul the first time (who knew a guy could do French shellac mani so good?!). Hannah has done my nails twice and she's my fav. Such a sweet, lovely person. Also had a pedi with hot stone and hot towel, ahhhmazing! Prices are reasonable. 100% my new local nail salon! read more

My gel polish grew out in 6 days. They did not care. Very few of the employees speak English. Very disappointing!

Langford nails is convenient, and their staff are very efficient. They are METICULOUS with my nails and I have never been unhappy when I leave there. They always manage to squeeze me in without an appointment despite being super busy all the time. Their prices are totally fair as well. read more

Not a good business model at all. They have many hidden fees which seem to be arbitrarily applied, there is no price list, and their aloof reply to my great surprise at the nearly double price compared to what I paid just one month prior was not only unjust, it was extremely rude. I will never go back there again. The manager was very rude and seemed to think it was perfectly fine to apply hidden fees after the work was half done. Very very rude and dishonest! read more

My daughter had her nails done this weekend and they are to stay the least not even something still in school would do. All 10 of her nails are different shapes, sizes, and colours. They are not smooth and my daughter spent three days crying over them. I went she had perfect nails all they had to do was remove the old colour, fill and apply new colour. The Tech she has was not experienced at all and the one manager took one look at nails and said that there was no charge. It is going to cost me almost double what should to get them fixed at another salon, or it might be cheaper to just remove them and restart. But every upsetting to say the least. read more

After calling around, I found this was the least expensive pedicure in my area, and when I got there, I was thrilled beyond measure at the level of attention to detail and sanitation that I got. So in a pinch I had to go to get gel polish done. My usual girl who is awesome was busy and they needed to be done. I had gone here before and was happy with the experience, so I went back. Paul who had done my nails before was doing my nails again. He put on the remover with very little cotton and not even 10 mins later took it off to remove the polish...it didn't come off as good as it should had it sat on for longer as she does. So there was alot left to be scraped off and it was dark blue. Some of the nails he was not able to get off all the polish even with a dremmel, which she doesn't need to use as she leaves the remover on for long enough that it doesn't even require scraping or filing! I have to add that I hate when gel polish is removed this way as it damages your nail and makes them super thin. So we got to talking while he was removing and asked who did my nails I said a friend of mine, he said "is she cheaper?" I'm like what!? He seemed almost upset that I didn't go to him regularly and only in between. But isn't that what they're there for? Anyways so he's now filing my nails right down to almost nothing and points out a spot on my nail and says "it's damaged" and I said "oh how would it have gotten damage?" and he says "polish" and I said "polish would make it damaged!?' he said yes, doesn't even make sense. He then went on to say that the reason he was having trouble getting the polish off was cuz it wasn't good polish. It was gelish (brand name polish) and I said "well she doesn't seem to have a problem getting it off" and to that he had no response. In the end I ended up getting a light color nail polish and I can't believe he allowed me to walk out with the old blue polish still showing through! I will NEVER go back again! Very unprofessional, almost upset that I didn't go to them everytime it seemed and one lady who works there I think her name is Mary looked so grumpy, walking around no smile on her face and she sooo didn't want to be there. read more

Best pedicure/nail place I have ever been to!! Everybody is so nice and they really take their time and care about your health!

I had my first pedicure here yesterday and was most impressed, especially for the price. Great care was taken with my ageing feet to be gentle. I really enjoyed the leg massage with hot rocks and the whole procedure left me with a most attractive pair of feet and so relaxed. I found some places where my feet were treated like chunks of meat, not here. I plan to go back and also to recommend to friends. read more
