Very very rude and theif. They cut my nails very, very short. I wasted my money and time going there. Told me about increased price in halfway of process. It was an awful experience. I was so disappointed after service. My nail was broken, and he put new acarlic material on top rather than replacing it with a new one. My nail was hurting a lot. The fact that I paid for a manicure that looks like I did it myself at home is beyond disappointing. And by that, I mean, my cuticules still look rough and the polish application is sloppy. I called at 1:00 and made an appointment for 3:00 to have mani-pedis for me, my Mum and sister. I asked how much they would be and was told $50. We got there at exactly 3:00 and there was one employee there. She said her husband had just left to go get another tech and we could start our foot soak. Mum couldn't get up onto the high seat for the pedi so they decided to start with her hands. The tech began on Mum while sis and I soaked, waiting for the other techs to arrive. A half hour later they show up, Mum's tech moves to sis, the husband takes over with Mum and I get the niece. Two and a half hours later the girl is still working on my toes, the man is still working on Mum's hands and sis is the only one who has actually graduated to phase two of the mani-pedi. Now, I must mention that my last mani-pedi was December 22 so my feet should have been very easy to do. It was clear that this young girl was not very experienced. Anyway, we were ready for dinner by the time my toes were done so there was no time left for a manicure. Mum didn't get her pedicure either because her hands took so long. And after all of this, they had the audacity to hand us a bill for $265!!!! That's right. One manicure for Mum, one pedicure for me and a mani-pedi for sis - $265!!! I have been going to nail salons for my entire life and never have I experienced anything like this. Avoid these thieves. There are plenty of other salons in the world, ones that will do a good job at a fair price and you won't grow old while they do it. read more

Worst set of nails at ever gotten I am a nail tech myself and I have never taken 4 hours on a set of nails like this lady the owner. Their quality of service has gone down since new owners. Absolutely no I'm not recommend this to anybody. And I don't think she's even certified to do pedicures which she is doing she is not an esthetician. 0 stars for this place...... and the tools were dirty I felt like walking out the whole time but because I'm up late person I stayed. When I called to get money back because my nails look so horrible and were so thin and not even and bumpy, she said she could not do that that she would give me a free pedicure which I did not ever want to go get cuz I don't want to go back there rip off. Called them up as we were on vacation in Victoria and really needed mani/pedi for my daughter and myself. They were able to accommodate us without an appointment. The salon was great when Michael owned it. It has since been taken over by new owners. They miss treated thier staff and did not pay them properly. I don't expect them to be in business long. As I expect a high turn over of staff as they find how poorly they are being treated. And after months of myself, Morgan, and Jordan no longer being employed there they still have photos of our work on their Facebook page. We have asked for them to remove our photos as we no longer work for them, but they haven't done so. So now on top of it all they have false advertising. read more

They started by refusing a gift card I had given to me, yes it was two years old but gift cards are legally not ever suppose to expire. I was told it was due to it was the old owner. I went there to have gel polish removed and new polish reapplied, something I do often and I thought I would try them out. The girl had no idea how to remove gel polish. She put my hands straight into manicure water cups full of acetone. After 10 minutes of soaking she came to see if the polish was coming off. It wasn't budging anywhere because she failed to take the top coat off so it could hardly penetrate. I suggested she do this to help out but she just started hand filing my polish off an scraping. After 45 minutes I couldn't take it anymore, I was in pain and starting to feel nauseous because of the mistake I made coming here. I cut the appointment short and went somewhere else to have them finished. She apologized and didn't charge me anything. read more
