I was returning a pair of jeans that had the same tags that was on it when they sold it to me. It had the original and sale price. They had the exact pair of jeans in store with guess what no scanning code like mine so obviously it was sold to me like that. I asked how would you sale this pair of jeans instore if there was no scanning code. Matt was being so rude saying that's not the problem. The problem is that they are ringing up other items around the same price but not making tags in case of a return. I don't shop at Kohl's much and I was only there to get my daughter clothes for next school year. I won't be back until around this time next year but hopefully he won't be there!

At the fancy outdoor mall in Rochester Hills in the north burbs of Detroit, this is a really friendly Buckle store with some great goods, and if it wasn't so expensive I would give it an even higher rating. I enjoy browsing here because cute people come in here and because everyone is really friendly which isn't always the case in the Detroit area.

They're rather pricey, a simple tank top runs you $15, a cute top will be around $50, and a pair of jeans or shorts for men will be anywhere from $60-$120 but the quality of items you're getting and the service are both fantastic! I never walk out of this store without spending a minimum of $200 but again, it's totally worth it! They do hemming in house and if you call ahead and give them your sizes they'll set up a fitting room filled with items for you to try on without shopping :) Love this store and love ken! My trusty companion, Diablo (my Chihuahua) at my side. The MINUTE I walked into the store, I was greeted by a Sales Associate who proceeded to try to get me to sign up for a BR credit card. This is just in poor taste. I haven't even looked at a single item - and BR is trying to get me to sign up for one of their 20% interest cards. It completely turned me off of the entire experience, and I had no desire to purchase anything at that point. Alas, I still needed a dress for a wedding and picked up a few selections to make my way to the dressing room. The dresses I tried on all fit akwardly. They were HUGE in comparison to the sizing on the tag, and were extremely large in the chest (I am average build, so this should not an issue). $200 for a linen sheath that would require basketball breasts to fill out is just simply ridiculous. My advice to BR? (And Gap, and ON) -- spend more time making sure your clothes fit actual bodies and less time hocking credit cards to your customers in this piss poor economy.
