The young man ho helped me with my return ( a drss that is full of sequins) he was so nice but sadly i didn't get his name. Also shoutout to Naya! She was phenomenal. Amazing customer service. Very agreeable and so very nice! She checked us out since we purchased new items from the store. She had such a great aura to her that she was so lovely and it made my night, especially it is almost closing and she still had a lot of energy i love that for her!

Ive never had any issues coming to this location. I didnt find what I went for but I definitely found some nice clothing articles and flat shoes. Im not a fan of looking/searching through miscellaneous racks of clothes. It just annoys me. I managed to do such today for a few minutes not long and was out. The line was a little long because of a couple customers at the counters but all in all it was good.

I'm not waiting for someone to look at every single item I have after standing in line for 30 minutes to purchase five things. Or to just skim my receipt and not even confirm if I bought everything. I'm good. I'm not too sure what this new "receipt checker" job or incentive actually means to people who have more than a clue. I'm glad it's an extra job for someone but please don't offend me. This thrift store has mostly used items, but you'll also find new items with the original tags still on them. They have apparel and shoes for men, women, and kids. Additionally they have home goods including toys, kitchenware, appliances, electronics, linen, books, sporting goods, and much more. I was pleasantly surprised to see a number of designer and high quality apparel with the original tags still on them. While other apparel items looked only lightly worn. Among the brands I saw were Vince Camuto, Coach, White House Black Market. Most of the apparel were between $5-$20. In perusing the dresses, I was impressed at how stylish they were. Most of the shoes I saw looked worn and dirty. I wouldn't purchase shoes unless they were brand new. I didn't buy anything this time, but will definitely come back to shop for apparel.

In typical Charming Charlie fashion, the store is organized according to color. I was searching for a navy blue headband, and while I didn't find one, I was easily able to find the blue section of the store. Overall, while my visit today was fruitless, I expect to return often. They have lots of employees fixing and organizing the clothing, or to help with any questions. I have been shopping at Uniqlo for a long time and most of the clothing I have purchased there maintains strength and durability no matter how many times you wash or dry clean them. I do wish there were more locations, but then again not so much bc I'll be broke. I do like their heattech collection, it does keep me warm during colder months. They also offer free alterations depending on what you need done and if it meets the price threshold. I forgot the minimum, but I don't think it was much. If not they charge around $5 or so. This is the closest location in the Pasadena/Annapolis area. They also have a few other locations in Bethesda, Montgomery Mall, and D.C. I'm sure there are more and I've heard there will be a new location in Annapolis Mall. Their clothing can be pricey, depending what you buy. However they do have sales throughout the year and you can get many pieces at a low price. Overall, the Columbia location has a wide variety, but one of their small stores. The location on 5th Ave, NY is by far their largest store.
