I got sold some story, but they have such a high employee turn over rate that no one ever knew what my case was whenever I called after that. I had to send my forms twice because they couldn't find them since the person that received them didn't even work there anymore. I should have just kept my money and gone to court. Got two tickets in the same county. Paid this law office to get them BOTH reduced to speeding tickets because I already knew I could just go to court and at least get one reduced like I've done in other states. Was assured this would happen because I had a good driving record. Instead only one got reduced. Could have done that myself! Thanks for nothing! UPDATE: Later I found out they could have at least gotten the other reckless driving ticket reduced to a lower offense of improper driving so that I didn't have a misdemeanor on my record. I am a travel physician and was driving from NYC to Atlanta instead of flying because of the…read moreCOVID-19 pandemic and sincerely didn't see the speed limit and didn't know I was going 77/55 zone (22 mph over) past midnight. I received a reckless driving - class 1 misdemeanor which is a serious criminal offense with potential penalties of 6 DMV points, a fine of $2,400, a jail sentence of 12 months, and a license suspension of up to 6 months. I was worried because I also had my very first speeding violation 2 years ago at another state while on a travel assignment. I am glad I found Mr. Leavitt who is professional and understands where I was coming from. Mr. Leavitt got Judge Bain (Brunswick General District Court) agreed to reduce my reckless driving 77/55 misdemeanor charge to a simple speeding violation (not reckless, not a misdemeanor). Please do not speed everyone. Life is too precious. But if you need a traffic violation lawyer, I do recommend Mr. Leavitt. Mr. Leavitt and Judge Bain; thank you.

I get a message out of nowhere 1 week ago that the attorney wanted to meet with me to touch base. I met for a phone meeting yesterday and was told that after a "deep dive" into my case, Mr. Noll decided NOT to represent me anymore. I was told that due to statute of limitations I now had until October to find other representation if I still wanted to pursue my case because they filed a lawsuit on my behalf 11/2025! Yesterday, 6/10/26, was the absolute first time hearing about this, that they filed with the courts 7 months ago and I was never notified, no call, no email, nothing. They put zero effort into my case since day one telling me yesterday that it was due to several staffing changes recently. If they treat their staff like they do their clients, I get it.
