It wasn't my first instance waxing, obviously, but it was my first instance waxing at this particular location. I made the appointment early on in the week for three services and chose any waxing specialist. I figured I'd press my luck and see if I meshed well with my waxing lady. Turns out I got Natalia. She greeted me Saturday morning at 8:30 because I'm crazy and decided to make the appointment as early in the day as possible. She was efficient, not one for small talk, yet she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. It's amazing how often I've been waxing and yet I always have questions. Anyway, prices were reasonable. Facilities were cold and clean. Waxing wasn't horribly painful, something I notice more as I actually stick to my regimen. Once the waxing was complete, I paid and was asked if I wanted to rebook. I didn't bother then and there, but later on in the day I did as I had downloaded the app on my phone. See you next month.
