Whew! I don't know how the workers handle it. Customer Service could be better. The guy who did my nails was quite demanding. Do this, do that. Just not pleasant. As far as the finished product? It was good. But when I got home, I noticed he didn't cover the entire nail on the second coat; on multiple fingers so I could've save the 18 bucks.
