I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!

For the fall cleanup, he removed all our leaves. In addition to the lawn cleanup, he weed-wacked the weeds on our large hard scape patio and removed the pine needles that had collected in the corner. He also removed leaves from our driveway and sidewalk. Our yard looks gorgeous after his service. He comes regularly and on time. We also have him snow blow our drive way and he always has it completed by the time we have to go to work. His staff is courteous and thorough. I was working during the snow storm, and couldn't verify if he actually plowed it until I got home. He never showed up, kept the money I paid him and refused to refund it- claiming his truck blew up. I called and texted him multiple times asking to be refunded the payment and he made up an excuse about how he needed the money so he wouldn't be returning it. Extremely unprofessional and scammy.
