It was a difficult operation as they had to work from a neighbors yard and aces the trees by reaching over the neighbors house, power lines etc. Mike took care to protect the property and work with the neighbor, who was difficult. His crew brought in a 110 ton crane with a 140 foot reach. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and extremely hard working. The job was finished in less than half the time of other estimates and at just over half the cost of other companies. Before leaving, they cleaned up the entire site to the point that you would never know they were there. I highly recommend Mike and his crew.

I followed up and then he backed out, saying "My guys won't want to work for free." An extra hour of labor for an almost $10000 job doesn't seem like free to me. I also found quite a few nails in the yard, despite their clean-up efforts, especially around the barn. Tips: Hold the last payment until everything, absolutely everything is 100% done. I'll be doing this for every contractor from now on, sorry guys.
