They changed their chemicals to an ineffective blend last year and were aware of this. They came to treat later, but I pay to have a green lawn and not to follow up and wait. They increased their billing this year after having me agree over the phone to continue my service with them. Janet has stated that nothing will be done or looked at despite the billing increase. Again, my lawn looks great this year already and did two years ago, but there are inconveniences that may come with their service to be aware of.

They were very responsive and pleasant from the first email, easy to contact, and listened well to our needs/wants. Estimates for the work were detailed, easy to understand, and reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner. The crew was polite and very hard working! They went above and beyond clearing everything out and in completing the job. Disappointed is an understatement. I have been a loyal Mission Green customer for almost 6 years. I…read moreexpressed concerns about my lawn not looking good (lots of big brown spots) and was told I had red thread. Paid for the suggested treatment and saw no improvement. After mentioning my concerns, I was told it was still recovering from the red thread and that I wasn't watering enough. The houses on both side of me looked amazing and used a different service. So, after not having my voice heard I made the switch in August. Fast forward to yesterday....I assumed my lawn was fried as they said so I went to clean out the dead grass in order to properly add seed only to find my yard is infested with grubs. You know, the grubs that were supposed to be killed with the treatment I've paid for over the last few years with Mission Green. After losing half my lawn and being completely devastated at the loss of money with nothing to show, I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt to fix it and standby their word. Only the joke was on me. They are only willing to treat and seed the areas if I rejoin them for the remainder of the year. So, continue to pay for a service that is not done properly or with the quality (proper products) they should be using. I wish I could say I was surprised by their lack of accountability but I'm not. If you want to throw your money away, cause more work for the DPW guys, Mission Green is the right choice. If you want a great looking lawn and a company who stands by their work, it's not them.
