They will charge you something and not tell you claiming that they did. This happened repeatedly. You'll have a conversation and then they go twist it the next time you talk to them. You'll agree to something and then they'll renege. They'll even sign paperwork, clearly spelled out in writing, and then STILL not honor it making up some BS excuse about it. When you question the logic, they just say we don't agree so when you pin them on it, they just hang up. I'm telling you, if you want a nightmare, go ahead. Don't say you weren't warned! Failed to fix basic things to be presentable to potential tenants like changing the light bulbs, removing the rubbish from the property even though I paid for it to be done. Next, they have neglected to rent my house for 5 months after my first tenants moved out. The company claimed that the market is slow, people are not interested in renting my house. As the time went by, they lowered the rental price three time to "attract" potential tenants. The truth is their real estate agent didn't respond to potential renters' calls, texts. People who were interested to rent the house found my phone number and texted me directly, stating that they are interested to rent my house, but the listing agent does not respond to any of their requests. After this event, I fired Preferred Home Management company and rented the house myself within one week from placing an add. I leave in a different state than the house for rent is located and trusted that all of the above service were done as promised. Upon entering the house after 5 months on the market I could not believe that i paid for services that were never done. They committed fraud!!!
