Some of the staff seem like they've been there forever and are simply going through the motions rather than trying to create a great experience. The restaurant also comes across more like a personal hangout for the owner and his friends than a place that's focused on constantly improving the guest experience. There's a lot of emphasis on the owner's name and presence, but not enough on the food, service, and overall operation. I won't even get in to the food, but will just say go to McDonald's instead. With the exception of fries, most everything. Else was left behind from those of us who actually received a meal.
