Breakfast is 24/7 as well! They have a dining space for you to sit & eat too. Its like 20 tables i think, decent good space area. Menu says you can order online or call in. They give you a ticket, then you bring ticket to cashier & pay, then you get your food like how they do at a wawa gas station. Lasagna is on wednesdays. They had fried haddock... potato, egg, & other kinds of those types of salads. Personal pizzas, desserts, etc bro. Go check it out. Later that day, I ordered online at 430am and easy done! Convenient. Order was ready in 25mins. Ordered 2 full meals. Solid place. Everything was good.

However since my last visit there has been some parking renovations. As i have done many times over my 26 years stopping here I turned left across the street from the business planning on grabbing some fresh hot grub before hitting the road again. Noticed a new gate had been put up & a sign stating daily, weekly & monthly rates. I wasn't about to back up crossing the street behind me so I got a ticket & went in the lot & then grabbed a couple subs for the road. No way they're going to charge me an overnight fee for a half hour to use the rest room & grab some food from there right? WRONG!!!! I will NEVER return here again. Inside I was told they could do nothing about it. I called the support number listed to no avail. Keep my $20 you cheap crooks. You'll never get another cent from me.

On an emergency basis, the driver spent more than a half-hour getting his truck up a snowy hilly driveway, getting stuck a couple of times. He saved me a lot of money and heartache. Now when you have an emergency, you're on your own. This was the coldest week of the year. I even called last week to say I was concerned about running low. They scheduled me for Tuesday which I didn't think was soon enough; I ran out Saturday night in 18-degree weather and high winds. Too bad. I had to call back the answering service after waiting until 2 am for a call back to be informed that they would get back to me in the morning and then was hung up on. Well, it's morning, still nothing. I tried to call, but nobody answers now. I presume she recognized my number. So, here's my recommendation: If you use AC&T, it's generally o.k., the drivers are great, the oil's pretty clean and you'll be o.k. most of the time but keep some K-1 on hand 'cause you might need it!

We also appreciated that they offered to pick up the mower since we didn't have a way to bring it to their shop. The main reason I didn't rate them higher was because the first time they said they'd come by to pick up our mower to do the repair, they waited until 30 min before the end of the time frame they gave to say they wouldn't be able to pick it up today (which I understand, plans change, things get busy). We rescheduled the pick-up day and time, but they showed up about an hour after they said they'd pick it up. When it came to dropping off the fixed mower, they showed up 4 hours after they said they'd be there. Again, very nice people but the late timing kind of delayed our plans for the day because we were waiting on them.

I have found one place in my line of work to be understanding, kind and flexible in ways others haven't.
