I Googled the business, found they were open at 9:30am and went there. Got to the building at 9:30 went to the door and nobody was there. Waited a while and called the phone number. When the person answered, I asked if they were open today. He told me they would be there in 30 to 40 minutes to drop something off and then would be leaving. I told him I was sitting outside the building and wanted to buy carpet. He said they were on erratic hours because they were swamped. I told him I would go elsewhere and, of course, he could care less. How they are swamped is beyond me if this is the way they treat customers. If they were the last carpet store on Earth, I would go hardwood flooring.

The workers there are very friendly and helpful in choosing what's best for you and your budget. I got carpet for my living room and bedrooms, and ceramic tile in the bathrooms. The job was done with quality in mind, rather than time. The installers that came to my house were nice and very patient with my added requests. Highly recommended for anything floor related. They even do tile showers, of which I'm thinking about going back and getting done.
